1. Job Talk: could choose any topic to talk about; 30-40 minutes. I presented part of my master's thesis.
2. One on one interview with the program director, associate dean, and individual faculty in or our of the search committee.
3. Lunch with the program director and some students.
4. Teaching demo: one hour

Question 1
Can't think of any. Everyone was very friendly. Asked lots of questions about my interest in teaching and research, not in a critical way.
There were four people in the hiring committee.
All of them were very polite and friendly.
They made me feel confident. I had other interviews with like seven people and they seemed tired. This interview was different.
