There wasn't a lot of a process. I heard racist remarks before entering and one of the interviewers had their back to me the entire time and the only real question I was asked was 'so you think you'll be good at this job?' At the end of the interview they asked for £50 although they won't get back to me for over a month on whether I would've got the job which screams scam if they're taking £50 from every applicant. Furthermore, they reviewed nothing of the right to work in the UK documents or other documentation I was asked to bring to the interview. If I get an offer I will not be accepting as this is the worst interview experience I think I will ever have.
