I had an initial call with a recruiter. To my surprise the second interview was a technical interview with a case study you had to analyze and respond to on the spot. I was genuinely excited about this company but feel the recruiter should have shared this ahead of time. I feel like transparency in the interview process is important. Knowing this I would have prepared differently.
