While the interviewers were friendly and engaging, the overall experience was poorly managed and disorganised. The process lacked clarity, and the stages and expectations were not adequately communicated. Although the interviewers set expectations around when I would hear back, I never received any response after the second stage, despite sending a follow-up email. It’s disappointing when candidates invest time and effort into preparing for interviews, only to be met with silence. A more structured and transparent approach to communication would significantly improve the experience for future candidates.
