For intern, the interview process was very straight forward and there was no follow up interview. I was asked about my python skills, if I was knowledgeable in Jira which is their ticket managing system, my proficiency in the French language, and my general understanding of the manufacturing industry as well as my interest. (I forgot to ask loads of questions to show my genuine interest in the company at the time which I still regret not doing so if you can think of questions such as "what type of projects you would be involved in" it would open the door to follow up on more in depth question about the position). They did also present opportunities during the internship to test how you do in situations that require creativity and similar type of situations so be prepared to just show some of your creativity (I completely misread the situation at the time and when I was asked about my thoughts on how to overcome the problem I couldn't think of anything and I guess they graded me poorly on creativity based on that lol)
