IQ, followed by HR, they were really kind and very timely and effective approach, Manager was informative and had patience in explaining in detail about the process I'm still waiting for their response, they have promised to call back by 2 days

Interview
Novel has well laid out interview process for various roles. As mine was a senior role, I had to go through 6 rounds of interview including an IQ test! In each of these rounds, you are greeted with warmth to make you feel as comfortable as possible which definitely helps the applicant to perform well. There is absolute clarity offered after each round to prepare for succeeding rounds. It definitely serves as a great interview exposure for candidates especially freshers seeking opportunities.
