Interview
It started with a brief HR screening to check shift availability (24/7 rotation). Next was a written language assessment (Greek/English) to test speed and tone for Live Chat. The final stage was a video interview with a Team Leader focused on situational scenarios: handling upset customers, multitasking, and basic iGaming knowledge. The atmosphere was friendly but professional.

Interview
HR call and then some technical discussion with 2 senior members. The HR call was simple questions regarding my previous experience, the technical discussion had quite some depth about Kotlin and the way the Android framework works.
Not many questions asked about my projects or my university status, company rejected after telling me that i was eligible to continue to 2nd interview. Overall the interviewer was a bit harsh and not friendly at all. She was bored and not happy at all
