Then came the actual interviews. The manager seemed completely unprepared—some interviewers didn’t even bother to read my resume beforehand. Questions were vague, repetitive, and at times irrelevant to the role. One interviewer spent most of the time talking about themselves instead of assessing my qualifications. Worst of all, after jumping through all these hoops, I was met with complete radio silence. No updates, no feedback, just ghosting. It’s incredibly disrespectful to candidates who invest time and effort into the process.
