Phone call with Human Resources and zoom call for the Interview with head of department. They email with rejection and tell you why you didn’t get the job. The process was okay..

Previous experience, about self, very conversational
Applied online, call from HR, interview via Zoom w/manager, then an in office interview with SAME person Zoom was with, and two more individuals. Seemed a bit redundant if I’m being honest. Inconsistencies between info during four interviews and a creepy vibe from one in particular.
