First they email you to let you know there is going to be a phone interview, first I thought it was spam because when you are job hunting things can be misleading. But it was actually legitimate... so I thought. So you get called and it's a recruiter in a different state, Okay, that's fine. They just read off questions, standard "How many years of experience do you have" "Conflict with co worker". So then they immediately set you up for an interview.
They send you a reminder emails (2) and another reminder call, that same day. Efficient and annoying at the same time but I am not one to compain.
Well, the day of my interview, I get an email from an automated message saying exactly "Thank you for your interest in Novitex. Based on the information that you provided online, we will be pursuing other more qualified candidates for this position.
Should your qualifications or experience level change in the future, please let us know as we may be interested in speaking with you.
Thank you for your time and interest in Novitex and good luck with your job search."
Look, if you are using automated messages for almost anything to look for a receptionist...perhaps that's not to really get ahead.
Who knows how other aspects of the company works and honestly, who really cares?
That's all!
