A quick phone call interview after which, if you're successful, you'll be invited for a group face-to-face interview in which you'll be told about the company and it's goals. The whole process was semi-formal and friendly.

Amazing group interview with an upbeat atmosphere - it took the pressure off and you also found out what they were looking for. Then went on to present a presentation explaining the company more.
