The hiring process was pretty straight forward, the interview is pretty normal. Just go in, be yourself and you should be just fine. If you get offered the job (takes a day or two) the you go in and start filling out the paperwork, do a background check and drug screening. Once you are cleared to start working the training begins.

First interview was brief. What have I done? What am I looking for? What are you 3 strongest attributes? Rate your people skills. Followed by a brief description of the company and mission. Make sure you dress sharp. The company works with Fortune 500 companies. So dress to impress. After 1st interview I invited back for a second interview where they explained the position, company growth, history, compensation, benefits, etc. Why should we consider you? Great! Got the job. After drug test and background cleared I was good to go.
