The process was very smooth and professional. I initially spoke with HR before being interviewed by my would-be supervisor. I was able to get a full picture of what would be expected of me and what my role would be.

Online with manager from Globus Medical at Audubon. Was made to think I would actually be working at Pennsylvania during interview which was confusing. Nonetheless, he was friendly and unintimidating. Questions were simple and targeted at understanding how you work with other people and handle challenges.

It was brief and casual. There were several behavioral questions asked to get to know me and they described what was expected of me at the job. It was over pretty quick and I had a pretty good feeling going forward.
