The actual interviews were short and easy (30 min, mostly conversational). The people were friendly, but I got the impression they were stressed at work. Unfortunately, the interview process was very disorganized. Between interviews, I wouldn’t hear back for a while. When I finally would hear back, follow-up interviews were scheduled with short notice, sometimes less than 24 hours. The entire process took about 4 months. During my interviews, I asked about trainings and job duties, and I didn’t get straight answers. One person seemed unfamiliar with the job/job duties.
I mentioned my desired salary in the first interview, but when I received an offer it was quite a bit lower. I felt the contract had some shady details, and I felt pressured to sign in a short amount of time. I asked questions about the contract and negotiated salary (nothing outside of the posted range) and the offer was rescinded.
If you interview here, just make sure to stay informed! Ask about trainings, benefits, logistics, etc, and read the whole contract before signing an offer!!
