I applied online. I interviewed at Nucleus Network in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied for the Clinical Research Manager position through Indeed. I was contacted by a recruiter, and interviewed twice. The job posting I applied to was listed as hybrid, but during the interview I was informed it was 100% in person with long hours that blend into weekends and no flexibility. When I received an offer, it was nearly $30k below their posted salary range for the job I applied to, not negotiable, and at no point was I informed I was actually interviewing for a lower level position, even asking me what I found most exciting in the job description. I would have never wasted my time had they been honest about what I was interviewing for.

Interview
I was contacted by a local recruiter for the CRC position. I had applied for a project manager role. I interviewed for the CRC position, singular zoom interview with hiring manager and upper management.

I applied online. I interviewed at Nucleus Network (Brisbane) in Jan 2026
Interview
Only a few weeks after originally replying, I had a brief pre-screen over the phone before setting up an in-person interview later that week. Single person, about half an hour long, and quite pleasant and conversational. The interviewer was up front about pay and expected weekly hours (casual position).

Question 1
A few specific questions regarding my experience - “if a patient was becoming pale or nauseous, how would you react?” and “how have you handled a confrontational patient/customer in the past?” are ones I remember.
