My interview was taken by 2 engineers - both electrical (one software and the other hardware)
First 30 to 40 minutes they asked me behavioral questions (the questions that must be answered using the STAR method)
Next 15-20 minutes were of technical questions related to the role that I applied for (for eg. questions based on electronics and PLCs)
Last 10 minutes - yes/no questions related to the internship (for eg. will you be willing to work for 40hrs/week for 5 days/week, etc.)
After they were done, they opened the table for me to ask any questions
