Interview
At first the hr will talk with you and make sure about details on your materials.
Then there is an 1 hr java coding problem.
If you complete this problem in advance, they will let you do some SQL design problems.
And after this technical interview, you need to talk with the CTO, he'll ask you some questions about your resume, no behavior questions were asked.
ps. make sure you know something about their products.

Interview
Phone interview followed by the onsite Java programming Test . Once the coding test was over, I was asked to meet with the hiring Manager to go over few questions followed by a verbal offer. Offer came to be through email, once I passed the references and back ground check.
