Interview
The interview process took 2+ months. Received a phone call from a nice recruiter. Interviewed with the Manager the following week. Then I waited for a month for the third round interview with the Director and the VP. I followed up after one month of the third round interview and they told me they were still interviewing people. I guess I was not selected. Overall, it was a thoughtful discussion and I enjoyed talking to the people. A negative thing would be the long wait.
I spoke to HR on the phone first. Then a Zook call with the MD. Then a super day with 6 team members. Everyone was fairly relaxed, although I had to follow up to find out I wasn’t going further.

Three rounds of interviews with increasingly senior staff ranging from associate to managing director. Most questions focused on culture fit while also assuring necessary qualifications met. Excel modeling test and some technical questions asked.
