The interview process consisted of four well-structured stages, spaned for 3 to 4 weeks. The first was with HR, who was very friendly and provided a clear overview of the company and asked about my motivation. The second round was with the hiring manager and focused on assessing my technical skills. The third stage involved presenting a case study to the manager and their superior (N+1), evaluating my approach to data engineering and reporting. The final round was with N+2, more conversational, aimed at understanding my motivation and cultural fit. Overall, the process was thorough, professional, and gave a good insight into the role and team dynamics.
