Interview process overall went well .They asked me roughly 20 questions about on job experience. They were very friendly and welcoming. They provided rough answers to my questions after the interview

what is difference between class component and functional component?
Initially there will be an HR round for about 15 mins where in skills would be asked and after that there will be a technical round based on work experience. I answered almost all the questions very clearly and yet the employer rejected me.
