It was oncampus long and tidy process. First of shortlist came for OA. After that OA has 3 programming questions of easy medium and hard level. After that interview rounds happened. We had to go to nykaa gurugram office for that. R1 : OA discussion, R2 : data structure and algorithms round medium leetcode was asked. R3: resume based + computer science fundamentals understanding. R4: HR round (formality) I cleared all the rounds but they didn't select me even after getting 1st name in all the technical rounds. Guys with below average performance got selected. 3 gave HR round they select those 2. HR didn't even provide feedback for me🙂 Very bad HR selection criterion. I won't recommend anyone who is having good skills to apply. Never ever apply. They'll make you mentally unstable.
