Was great interview, friendly and straight forward . Asked questions like How do you manage difficult client’s interested in different skills. What am I interested in and how I manage teams

Asked to attend for interview and prepared well. At interview HR outlined that from my CV I had a lot of planning experience, the operational manager would talk me through the role. He did so - this is the process/you would do this/that. There were NO questions or request to outline competencies, behavior, suitability to position. I asked a couple of questions for the sake of it but in and out in a matter of 20 mins max having travelled 30mins to attend. Worst 'interview' ever with no shadow of doubt. Chased after 4/5 days but no response and still heard nothing 3 weeks later - not surprised at all
