2 stage interview which is easy enough, only annoying thing is getting kept warm/ghosted for over a month after final stage only to get a Chatpgt written rejection with no feedback which was incredibly frustrating

Interview
The interview process was very interactive and conversational. It allowed me to express my strength better and provide supporting example in a more natural, relaxed conversation instead of the relatively rigid response structure that I've experienced in past interviews.
