3 interviews in total. For the most part, the interview process went well. I enjoyed the first two interviews very much. The hiring managers and the recruiter were all amazing and accommodating. The second round of interviews I didn't find as enjoyable. This was with a different set of 2 hiring managers. It felt more of an interrogation as opposed to an interview. When I was describing my role in my current place of employment, I felt as if my experience was being torn apart compared to just a conversation to find out if I was a fit for this role. Prior to the final round of interviews, I was excited for the opportunity to be working along side OEC, but after the final round, I can't help but to feel like I dodged a bullet.
