I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OM1 in Feb 2021
Interview
A few different zoom meetings and coderpads. I thought the coding portion of the interview was pretty easy, there was a simple coderpad that the interviewer and I walked through together along with some behavioral questions.
After 3 or 4 interviews (which were 30 minutes to an hour each on different days) I had a meeting with someone who said "I'm here because you haven't been doing so well in the other interviews."
This was incredibly frustrating to me - if I had not been doing so well, why are you wasting my time with all of these interviews? And why would you tell me that when we are about to do another session?
This left a very sour taste in my mouth. Would not recommend applying or interviewing here.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OM1 in Oct 2020
Interview
Had a phone screen, tech interview (Python/SQL), and got scheduled for 5 more interviews. Those covered more Python/SQL, past projects, and some generic "What would you do" scenarios
Overall things went well and I was excited for this position. But despite a few assurances that "someone will reach out shortly" I've been ghosted by the company. Safe to assume I didn't get the job, but not even a courtesy rejection email after 7 interviews just doesn't seem professional at all

Question 1
What would you do if data in production had errors?

Interview
It started with a short screening call with the recruiter at OM1, which was quickly followed by a coding screen. It was then a series of technical interviews including for example data modeling and and a second coding interview.

Question 1
There were not many specific questions they asked me outside of normal background and experience-related things. The interviews were more gauged to how I would approach a specific situation. For example, given a desired report - how would you design the database model to support it?
