Overall it was a good interview process. I had to meet with more leaders than expected but for this position I understood why as I would have my hands in many projects. The reason why OMP stood out to me during the interview process was because of their transparency and how genuine they were. It was by far the smoothest process I had gone through and everyone I met with was so friendly and positive with great communication.
