OPCW Administration Assistant interview questions

Application took 2months to be shortlisted. The question were general but its been two weeks and i still have not heard from them. The questions were related on secretarial duties such as writting invitation letter to visitors, if your manager requests not to disturbed and the director of the company requests for his presence in the board room to resolve an urgent issue what would you do??
