Received email from HR department setting up phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview but was contacted by one of the hiring managers via phone . I had impromptu interview with this manager and then was scheduled for virtual interview with both hiring managers. The virtual interview was very friendly as the phone call had been. I was still under the impression that I would have the scheduled interview with HR. I received email the next week that HR interview was cancelled. I did not receive any feedback, so I followed up via email and was told I would hear something by the end of week. Needless to say, I did not. It amazes me on friendly these vibes , and all of this information provided, only to not hear anything back. Not sure what they are looking for but obviously, I did not meet their criteria.
