ORR Protection interview questions

Their three person interview panel started on time. The gave direct questions, and I gave direct answers. Very personable, friendly, open minded. Very good sense of humor about themselves. Very relaxed.

Started out with a phone interview where I walked them through my background. I gave them salary expectations and the kind of job I was looking for. Then was called in for an in person interview. Behavioral interview with multiple open ended questions.
