Applied in Sept 2025, received generic email auto response. Emailed a local talent acquisition rep in October to follow up on my application, received out of office reply. Emailed their hiring team, crickets. No response received from their recruiter of hiring and hr teams. Such a shame that ghosting is the norm nowadays. Even a basic rejection email with no feedback is better than no response at all.
