Was well organised by the HR team. There was first a pre-screening call, followed by the actual phone interview. The interview process started off with self introduction and introduction to the role that I applied for. Then a few challenges regarding the job was shared, and questions were asked as to how I would resolve those challenges. Further questions on my readiness level to move to Dubai.
