Interview
The process is very unorganized and they don't do a good job of getting back to you in a timely manner. Found it a bit distasteful as I had to reach out a month or two later after an in person interview just to hear what their feedback was.

Question 1
Not as much a question as it is an observation... when being interviewed in person they boasted about how well they perform individually and claimed if you don't have a one track mindset to beat everyone around you that you wouldn't be successful.
