Interview
First they reach out to you through email, tell you to come in for an interview or schedule a virtual interview, if you go in person; you're brought to a room with dozens of other people and they present a PowerPoint to you and to the individuals who joined online. The presentation just sums up what the job is about and why you should take it.
Essentially, there's no base salary compensation until you make a sale. It's commission-based. You're expected to go around to small businesses and try to sell OTT Financial Groups service. Simply a field sales role.
The amount of people who still wanted to pursue this role was so little considering how many there were.
