How would you discuss contemporary work in the gallery with patrons who don't think it is art?

Interview
Very friendly and welcoming people. Interview was held on the third floor of the gallery so expect to climb some stairs. There were two people doing the interview, one anglophone and one francophone . The French and English questions were mingled together, so I expect they were trying to see if you could switch between languages comfortably.
