Very Poor Hiring process... The Recruiters don't even know how to recruit from colleges, even they had a disagreement between the team. Company is in chaos, try to avoid this company. They came to our college and took a language test. And then they didn't even bother to tell who were selected in that round. They just kept calling students alphabetically for the interview and kept all others waiting. Soon their representative came out of interview room and told to us, the students who were waiting that, they had found the people they were looking for and didn't even bothered to take interview of all the students. Wtf do they think that all of us were idiots, waiting for all day till the evening. So really its in chaos, as their recruitment procedure is highly flawed. They don't recruit the best, they just recruit the one which they can get. So please try to avoid this company as you might not find good peers to work with. Or you might not even get a chance to give interview as well.
