Pressure interview, or the hr manager is simply being rude idk. All start with bad signal during phone call from hr manager side, throughout the process, tried calling two times, still, lost connection suddenly during the process. hr is a highly intense phone calling position, please find a nicer time/ space to schedule with candidate, everyone values their own time. Asked me if ok with relocation, I said yes and explain. she asked“we don’t provide relo assistance, why yes”. I’m confused, I won’t accept the interview invitation if I’m not ok with relocation😅 but still, showed my interest of working there. She also go through my recent experience asking how much I made for every internship/ part-time, which is not very professional. Lowkey trying to lowball me bc I’m new grad and this is entry level position. Overall, I’ve interviewed more than 10 hr screenings, two of them are logistics companies as well, none of them like this. Super weird and 100% not recommended.

Video -> In person. They ask standardized questions off a list. Most questions are typical questions you would expect to find from any interview prep books or material. There is an aptitude test, but the results don’t seem to matter.
