      Application

      I interviewed at Ocozzio

      Interview

I had a three interview process. Everything went very well and I felt comfortable up until the third interview. I came in expecting a job offer, or at least a "sorry no thanks" but all I did was meet with another person and then I was told they were halting the hiring process until January or February. There was no discussion of salary or benefits, or if I was even guaranteed a job. I reached out through email to inquire about benefits and compensation, as I was not going to wait two months with no information. The email reply was very vague, and said compensation was based on experience, which at this point, after three interviews, you would think they would have a number for me. When reached out to a month later to see if I was still interested, I declined since I found another job. I felt disrespected that they would expect a potentially employee to wait up to two months just to do more interviews.

      Copywriter Interview

      30 Jan 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Augusta, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ocozzio (Augusta, GA) in Nov 2019

      Interview

I was first contacted via email and asked for a sample based off a very loose prompt. I sent them what they asked for and was offered a phone interview. I spoke with them over the phone and the interview went well. I was told I would hear from them soon about going on to the next steps. I did and they told me they decided not to move me on to an in-person interview, and encouraged me to apply again in the new year. I did so and I did not hear from them at all after the second application. I wasn't under the impression that it was a bad interview and would have loved a second chance.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to write sales email to a local business.
