Interview
After applying online, I was contacted by HR within 48 hours about the position, the duration of the position, compensation, etc. Next, I had a phone interview with someone from HR, which was pretty standard. Following the phone interview, I met with the hiring manager to discuss my qualifications and the position more in-depth. About a week later, the hiring manager gave us a minor writing assignment which was to plan an upscale event for MGM VIPs. After about a month and a half, I received an offer.
The interview process was very smooth, and consisted of a couple of phone interviews. They asked me basic questions regarding my background and why I would be the best fit for the job.

What are your future career aspirations and how can this position help you strengthen the skills needed for your aspirations?
Very informal. Manger was nice and mostly wants to make sure you are a good fit for the team. They ask about your background and why you would be the right candidate. This position is basically an intern so they don't ask you difficult industry questions.
