Odeon Software & Technology interview questions

HR called initially, then we have decided on a date for interview with the hiring managers, "for 3 weeks later". However, after the interview no one wrote, no one called. I wrote a follow up email after 2 weeks. They told me that they'll get back to me. Not a single email or call I received, they basically ghosted me.

Firstly they contacted me via mail to plan the interview and we had an online interview. It lasted around 45 minutes. After a while I have received an e-mail that I couldn't pass this step.
