Officite interview questions

First I had a prescreening phone call with the HR person, then an in person interview, and finally a multi person interview. Then they contacted my references and I was offered the job.

The first interview was a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview. Both were fairly casual, not a very intimidating environment. Both interviewers were friendly. I was offered a position a few days after the in person interview.
