The process itself was incredibly laid back; he explained what the job entailed and what was done in relation to HUD. Ultimately I walked out feeling as if I had a positive experience, and was surely offered a job within the next 24 hours.

Once hired, the company does an F.B.I back round check because you are working for a company that works directly for the Federal Government. After the back round check, you are interviewed with someone from the Government to go over all of your answers and asked additional questions about you life. It sounds scary but as long as you are not a criminal and have been 100% honest with your answers, you have nothing to worry about.
