They do an extensive background check… social media Facebook, instagram etc . If they see you party too much unqualified. First call phone interview and then 2nd round of interview tour of the building. Then wait 2 or 3 weeks. And if you didn’t get in. Don’t expect another chance if the job is always a new job opening ( some one quit every 3 or 6 months even wait for 1 year). They will put you in blacklist.

Phone call interviews 1st. Walk through the job site (hidden interview) and then conference interview. Main co owner is Laura Ruiz, focus on her because she will pick who to hire and blacklist.

Simple, you interview with two department managers and a higher up manager. Ask you simple questions about previous employers/related science classes. Go through your resume. Very simple takes about 30 minutes. Submit resume thru craigslist.
