It is a two round process that analyzes your resume and potential strengths, afterwards they find a job that fits you well and benefits your resume for your future career.
The interview process was short and too the point, just be polite and show that you're willing to work. It is not a serious job. As long as you show up on time you should be good

It was very simple I was asked about my major and some behavioral type questions. Overall an easy process for an entry level student assistant job. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as standard interviews go.
