Olberding Brand Family interview questions

What a waste of time. I did two rounds of interviews with the recruiter and creative directors. I was given TWO design tests (I haven’t done this since applying for entry-level jobs) and did not receive any feedback for it. I waited over a week for the recruiter to tell me ‘they’ve decided to move forward with additional candidates’. Clearly, they don’t know what they really want. I would pass on this company.
