Real easy going. Filled out questionnaire one day, got a call from the transportation manager the next day to come in for an interview. Met with trans manager and manager on the same day.

Pretty standard interview. Asked the standard questions. Wanted to know why I wanted to work there, why I wanted to leave the company I was at, they wanted to basically try to figure out if I was going to be a complainer or if I was going to do as I was told as an employee
