First phone interview with human resources. Then if they like you, you will go to the site and have an in person interview with the engineers and the people you will be working with.

Interview
Pretty casual, like a conversation more than an interview. The manager was nice and professional. Everyone else I met seemed nice too. They weren't very responsive after the interview. I had to follow up to get any answers.
They dont hire non-white. Multiple of my colleagues applied and were more than qualified for their position, however they do not hire any ethnicity other than white.
