Quick turn around. Called and recieved an interview in a weeks time. Easy questions. Supplied my thought which is what landed me the job. They were not sure what they were looking for in this new position.

Interview
A phone interview and an in-person interview onsite.
I started with an informal phone call, followed by a personality quiz and then was invited onsite to a boardroom to do an interview with HR and the Sales VP.

What benefits do you bring to an already rock star team?
Casual and laid back. Informal with not a lot of tough questions or a of thought into the interview questions. Based more on relationships. They did want you to have industry experience.
