A recruiter called me to ask typical questions about my former employment and scheduled the interview the following day, went in for the interview hired at the end of the interview the process took two days. And I did accept the offer

They reached out to me after a few days and had me schedule an interview for the following week. Asked me a few questions about myself and told me we would cover the rest during the interview
This was pre-covid but it was fairly easy. I am not sure how they do it now but I met with the department leader and she asked me questions. Provided hypothetical questions for me to answer and asked about my experience
