Initial interviews took two months to complete. Met with HR and Hiring manager and Head of IT consulting before the 4th and final interview. I was asked to complete a PowerPoint presentation for final panel interview. After 4th interview it was determined that my background did not meet the needs of the interviewing team. The question is how did I make it pass the hiring manager to move forward in the hiring process if my background didn't align? Wasted so much of my time during the process and not to mention the time I spent on the PowerPoint presentation for the panel interview. I have 20 years of Executive Leadership experience and this was the epitome of why corporate has to do better. I can imagine if they handle things like this at the top what is going on at the bottom.
