The initial correspondence was done through email. They gave clear instructions on what to bring to the interview, and provided a more detailed description of the job. The actual interview process was unique. There were 5 other candidates present, and for the first thirty minutes we played Jenga while introducing ourselves. Again, they were even more precise in their expectations, and then had one on one interviews with everyone in a separate area.
